Events room in the Literaturwerkstatt Berlin
Our rooms are available for hire for all kind of events, especially readings and other performances, conferences, colloquia, presentations and seminars.
Our events room (91 m²) has space for seating up to 100 visitors and has a stage measuring 5 x 2.5 m. A tea-kitchen and sanitary facilities are also available. A separate entrance means that you can work without interruptions.
The surroundings of the Kulturbrauerei, or ‘Culture Brewery’, have their own special atmosphere which inspires creativity.
8 conference tables (1.60 x 0.80 m), 4 side tables
80 stacking chairs, 20 folding chairs
Kitchen (6 m²) with dishwasher + refrigerator, glasses and coffee cups and saucers
up to 5 hours: 150 euros
up to 10 hours: 300 euros
Evening event from 7 pm: 200 euros
More than one day: 200 euros per day
- PA + mixing desk – 16 channel + microphones (recording of event possible),
- visual aid technology (digital projector, overhead projector)
For using the sound equipment you book our sound technician
- up to 3 hours + 2 hours preparation: 150 euros
- up to 6 hours + 2 hours preparation: 200 euros
Use of the visual aid technology
- Video system (digital projector + screen) 30 euros
- Overhead projector + screen 20 euros
Upon request we will set up the room for you and take care of clearing up and dismantling.
