And the winner is … 34 films are competing in the Germany-wide competition for four awards with a total value of € 12,000 – the "ZEBRA Award for the Best Poetry Film", the "Goethe Film Award", the "Ritter Sport Film Award" and the "Award for the Best Film for Tolerance", donated by the Federal Foreign Office. The prizes will be awarded by the jury comprising Maren Kames, Tom Konyves and Martina Nix. An Audience award will also be awarded in the ZEBRINO competition. The award ceremony will have musical accompaniment from from double bassist and multi-instrumentalist Miles Perkin (Canada).
