The ZEBRA Poetry Film Festival now with Family Programme
This year once again, the festival for poetry films will be taking children and young people on poetic and filmic journeys. In the ZEBRA Poetry Film Festival, children will be awarding their own film prize, the ZEBRINO, donated by Berlin on Bike, and will have the opportunity to work on a film themselves. Even before the festival gets going, there will be a poetry film workshop for schoolchildren in years 4 to 6. Following a writing workshop, an animated film based on poems participants have written themselves will be created under the guidance of media teachers. The festival will also again be offering a seminar for teachers, in which participants, with the guidance of media teachers and film makers, will be able to try out ways of integrating poetry films into the teaching of poetry.
A new feature this year is the ZEBRA Poetry Film Festival Family Programme for children from age 8.
