Venue rental
Our event venue space is available for hire for certain kind of events, especially non-profi events such as readings and other performances, conferences, colloquia, presentations and seminars. Please note that we do not rent out our venue for political events.
Our events room (91 m²) has space for seating for up to 80 visitors and a stage measuring 5 x 2.5 m. A small kitchen and restrooms are also available. A separate entrance guarantees work without interruptions.

8 conference tables (1.60 x 0.80 m), 4 side tables
80 stacking chairs, 20 folding chairs
1 lectern
1 bar
Kitchen (6 m²) with dishwasher + refrigerator, glasses, coffee cups and saucers
Rental:
up to 5 hours: 200 euros
up to 10 hours: 375 euros
Evening event after 7 pm: 295 euros
More than one day: 295 euros per day
Technical equipment:
PA + mixing desk – 16 channel + microphones (recording of event possible),
visual aid technology (video projector)
W-LAN
For using the sound equipment please book a sound technician via us:
up to 3 hours + 2 hours preparation: 250 euros
up to 6 hours + 2 hours preparation: 295 euros
up to 9 hours + 2 hours preparation: 395 euros
Use of the visual aid technology:
Video system (video projector + screen): 60 euros, each additional day 30 euros + technical instruction 40 euros
