Anna Julian Mendlik

Anna Julian Mendlik, born 1986 in Hanover, published several poetry publications as Anna Hetzer until 2024, including Kippbilder (2019) and Pandoras Playbox (2022). She has been involved in various artistic collaborations. Her work has received several awards, including the Basel Poetry Prize in 2023. Most recently, she was a fellow of the Akademie der Künste Berlin in Olevano Romano in 2023 and Stadtschreiber*in Tübingen in 2024. In the same year, she co-curated the Coming Out, Inviting In festival at the Literarisches Colloquium Berlin.
