Our Lithuanian guests Eugenijus Ališanka poet and translator | Laurynas Katkus poet and translator | Giedrė Kazlauskaitė writer | Rolandas Rastauskas writer and theatre director in conversation with Tom Schulz GER poet.

Is Lithuania a country that has had to find or reinvent its poetic autonomy? What are the elements that make up its poetic understanding of itself? Or has poetry already long ago broken through the political and social barriers it experienced for many decades? Tom Schulz will be talking to poets from three generations about the changes in Lithuanian poetry beyond political movements and about where it is at present.

The event will have interpreting available.
