Weltklang – The Night of Poetry is a panorama of contemporary poetry. The kick-off of the 15th poesiefestival berlin presents, in a concert of voices and languages, the wealth and the diversity of international contemporary poetry. The big names of poetry from all around the world read in their native language without performed translations. An anthology is published exclusively for the evening, with the German renditions of the poems, to read along, during the event or afterwards.
