The workshop will present a diversity of artistic forms for working with poetry in the classroom. Participants will work with the latest edition from the Kindermann Verlag Berlin publishing house. Teachers will themselves be trying out various forms of presentation: writing, speaking and staging.

The neighbours are coming over for this year’s VERSschmuggel. Poets from Poland are meeting up with their German colleagues to work together on translating their poetry into the respective other language. The results will be presented over two evenings.

With Reflexus Barcelona and Orbita Latvia. Reflexus creates poetry with body and camera. By means of modern video technology, a unique performance develops that is being seen for the first time in Berlin. The show will be followed by a video poetry concert in Russian by the Latvian artists collective Orbita.
