Performance

Artists in dance and music and poets experiment together with the three art forms, explore their boundaries and seek out points of contact. After the première of three D poetry at the 18th poesiefestival berlin and follow-up performances in subsequent months, this will now be the première of the twelfth and thirteenth productions, featuring excyte and let us gather for no-thing.

Martin Hiendl
DEU composer | Kinga Tóth DEU/HUN poet | Julian Weber DEU choreographer and the Ensemble KNM Berlin DEU Alexandre Babel, percussion | Rebecca Lenton, flute | Theo Nabicht, bass clarinet

excyte explores the vibration and excitement potential of objects on and in bodies. In the interplay of virtual and real aestheticisation, the performances explore the question of what feedback effects digital content has on material tension. Music, text and body images sample, cut up and double each other to create an open situation in which their various vibrations and frequencies can be experienced.

Ana Laura Lozza ARG choreographer / composer | Tian Rotteveel NLD composer / choreographer | Érica Zíngano BRA poet | Sandra Blatterer AUT Lightdesigner

let us gather for no-thing
a dead poet meets erica meets voice meets sound meets ana laura meets tian meets another voice meets one thing meets a space meets a chair meets a fantasy meets a new space meets a horizon meets material meets a reaction (or: answer?) becomes another thing

three D poetry
is a project by the Haus für Poesie in collaboration with the Ensemble KNM Berlin, dance-aarts-cie., the Ensemble KomboÏ and Uferstudios Berlin, sponsored with funds from the Land Berlin, Senate Administration for Culture and Europe.
